Google has announced a redesign and accessibility upgrade for its embedded Google Calendar objects, aligning with the company’s Material Design 3 language.

The update brings a cleaner and easier-to-read interface, improved spacing between calendar objects, and crucial accessibility features.

The new embedded calendars will now support:

– Screen reader functionality for users who are blind or with low vision

– Keyboard shortcuts for easier navigation

– Responsive layout for better usability across various devices.

These changes will roll out to all Google accounts, including personal accounts, Google Workspace, and Google Workspace Individual subscribers.
