Dr. Scott Hollier, CEO of Centre for Accessibility Australia (CFA Australia), has been recognised as an outstanding internship host by the McCusker Centre for Citizenship. This prestigious acknowledgment comes after Dr. Hollier supervised 22 students since 2021, providing them with valuable hands-on experience and insight into digital accessibility for people with disability.

At the McCusker Centre for Citizenship’s end-of-year event, Dr. Hollier was celebrated alongside two other individual supervisors for his exceptional contribution to the internship program. Stewart Luxton, Board Member of CFA Australia, collected the award on Dr. Hollier’s behalf as he was unable to attend.

Dr. Hollier expressed his delight in collaborating with the McCusker Centre, stating that the internships have been highly successful for CFA Australia. He emphasised the mutual benefits of the program, where students bring innovative skills and fresh perspectives, while gaining valuable knowledge in digital access and inclusive learning.
