Centre For Accessibility Australia (CFA Australia) has announced a new initiative to donate 100 laptops to individuals with disability, enhancing their access to technology and improving their daily lives. This program is generously funded by Brayco, a supplier of high-quality commercial kitchen equipment and stainless-steel products.
The laptops provided will be equipped with the latest Windows 11 operating system, ensuring that recipients have access to the most current accessibility features. In addition to the operating system, each laptop will include essential Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, supporting productivity and independence.
Dr. Scott Hollier, CEO of CFA Australia, highlights the impact of this donation, stating, “This generous donation that supports our ability to purchase and rollout laptops to people with disability will make a real and profound difference to the independence that accessibility technologies can provide.”
The specific details regarding the availability of these laptops will be announced at a later date.
