A Dutch AI startup, Whispp, has developed an app that uses artificial intelligence to convert whispers into voiced speech. The Whispp app is designed to assist people who stutter, as well as individuals with voice disability, making communication easier and more comfortable.

Whispp’s technology allows users to whisper into their phone, and the app will either amplify their natural voice or convert it into one of several preset AI voices. Users can also create their own personalised vocal avatar by training the app with recordings of their voice.

The app offers free voice messaging, and real-time phone calls are available for a monthly subscription fee. Whispp’s goal is to make its technology widely available and integrated into various devices, but for now, it remains a standalone app.
